Drive Electric Week SLO in the Fall is part of National Drive Electric Week – “a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today’s widespread availability of plug-in vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, and more.” There are a series of educational events and opportunities to talk with owners and test drive vehicles. Welcome to our celebration of the hottest trend in transportation: Electric Vehicles! The annual National Drive Electric Week events hosted regionally and locally in San Luis Obispo will give you opportunities to:

learn about the many modes of electrified transportation

talk to folks who are currently driving electric cars and riding electric bikes

Drive Electric Week SLO kicks off with two on-line interactive events hosted by regional partners,then follows up with two in-person events in San Luis Obispo.
